Refunds may be considered for consulting fees under the following circumstances:
If the Client decides to cancel services before the commencement of the consulting work.
If the Consultant is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services.
Reimbursement for expenses is contingent upon the nature of the expense and whether it is non-refundable in its entirety.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of the occurrence that necessitates the refund.
The Client may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate the refund request.
