Refunds may be considered for consulting fees under the following circumstances:
If the Client decides to cancel services before the commencement of the consulting work.
If the Consultant is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon services.
Reimbursement for expenses is contingent upon the nature of the expense and whether it is non-refundable in its entirety.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@careersfirstchoice.com within 10 days of the occurrence that necessitates the refund.
The Client may be required to provide supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate the refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed promptly, and the decision to approve or deny will be communicated to the Client within [number] business days.
Approved refunds for consulting fees will be processed, minus any non-refundable fees or expenses incurred by the Consultant up to the date of the refund request.

By engaging in the educational consulting services provided by Careers First Choice, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms of this refund policy.
