The purpose of Construction management is to control a project’s time / delivery, cost and quality—sometimes referred to as a project management triangle or “triple constraints.” CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships. Project management is the art of directing and coordinating human and material resources throughout the life of a project by using modern management techniques to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, and quality and participation satisfaction.
The eligibility criteria for PGDM courses is a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with 50% aggregate marks or CGPA
